adequate stay but needs improvement

The complimentary breakfast had only waffles, a bit disappointing. The price of the stay was reasonable. During my five nights, I appreciated the clean room with a comfortable retreat at the end of the day. The location was also convenient for reaching local attractions. My experience was acceptable but there were some areas needing attention.

Had a fine stay during a long road trip. Our room was brand-new and complete with double bed, a King bedroom and shower. A microwave oven, coffee/tea making equipment and a fridge were available too. Location: the hotel was not far from Jackson, stores...

The room itself was outstanding and with double bed and shower, for example. The hotel had a peaceful location near Casey Jones Museum.

Some of the staff were absolutely rude.

The coffee pot in the lobby was dirty and empty at 7am, disappointing. Better to bring your own drinks.

Pool was ok and staff was accommodating.

Rooms were moldy, old, and had bedbugs.

The price was right and it was convenient to the highway.

The baby crib that we needed was broken on one side. Not very safe for an 18 month old.

I had a surprisingly nice stay with updated mattresses and a decent breakfast with waffles and yogurt. It was perfect after a long day, and I slept like a baby. I would certainly stay here again!

The bathtub was split and broken. Room was dirty as well as as the facility. Staff did not seem to care. Cable TV did not work.

If I wouldn't have had a reservation and to for go the room fee we wouldn't have stayed there. I just can't afford to throw away $80. There was constant noise and parties going on. People coming and going. Did not feel safe there. We booked a non smoking room but yet it smelled of smoke. Could be due to the cleaning lady we saw in the morning smoking as she was doing her job. At this point Days Inn is off our list of places to stay in the future.

Do recommend for a weekend respite

Clean room, friendly staff, the 24-hour reception provided great convenience for late check-ins.

Location

Poor housekeeping. Housekeepers need proper training on how to clean a room. Coming from the hospitality industry myself I always check out the room.

The bed was very comfortable and helped me sleep well. The complimentary breakfast offered various options, including waffles and yogurt. The location provided easy access to nearby amenities

We visited the Pinson Mounds for Archeofest and checked out two Native American sites which were fascinating. The location is perfect for fun activities. There's an 18-hole golf course in the area. The breakfast was a nice touch too!

One downside was that the carpets seemed old and worn, which could use some updating.

Overall the price

Not a lot of light at back of motel.early am no one to receive door keys locked up in front. Bath room was dirty(had to clean tub before using it)also the repairs that were done half way. Floors were dirty in room my white socks turned black from walking around the room.Just felt unsafe here and I do travel alot.
